Dyslexic Font

Switches to OpenDyslexic — a typeface designed to improve readability for dyslexia.

Readable Font

Switches body text to a high-legibility serif font.

Big Cursor

Replaces the default cursor with an enlarged, high-visibility pointer.

Overlays a focus guide and reading mask to assist with text tracking.

Text Magnifier

Displays a magnified preview of hovered text for easier reading.

Multiple contrast modes including dark, high contrast, monochrome, and saturation boost.

Highlight Links & Titles

Makes links and headings visually prominent for easier navigation.

Stop Animations

Freezes all CSS animations and transitions site-wide.

Multilingual Support

Site content available in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French.

  • Third-party embedded content (IDX property search, contact forms) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with our vendors to improve accessibility.
  • Some older property listing images may lack descriptive alt text. We are systematically adding alt descriptions.
  • PDF documents linked from the site may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate or provide accessible alternatives.
